  20. The P-N-P installation put a MS File Trasfer program in my startup group.  If 
  21. I remove it from startup, Windows puts it back the next time I start my 
  22. system!

  26. The box says the modem supports Caller ID but I find no mention of it in the 
  27. manual.  How does this feature work?  Does it just report the calling number 
  28. along with the "RING" message?  Is there any software that would check a 
  29. database of phone numbers and pop up a window to let you know who's calling?
